Liked: Breakfast was hot and lots of it; rooms were clean and well maintained; staff was very friendly and ready to help with whatever your needs were; very good.
Disliked: Pool is outside! :( Went in the winter.

NOT a happuy stay

Liked: The breakfadt was good voffee good and strong like we like it.
Disliked: Th bed was over 3 feet from the floor. I am 5 feet tall. I COULD NOT GET INTO THE BED. There WAS NO FOOT STOOL OR CUSHION to USE TO HELP ME. MY HUSBAND SAW YHE IRONING BOARD ANF PUT T ON THE FLOOR BY MY SIDE OF THE BED giving me about 4 inches.. AND I WAS JUST ABLE TO CRAWL ONTO THE BED.. The toilet was almost sitting on the ground. I have never been at a hotel anywhere in the world that had such a low to the ground toilet. When dowering the water kept shutting down to cold trickle. What are these companies thinking by doing this. I will never stay at one of these hotels ever again. When I went to checked out I asked for a receipt. . The person at the desk told me to get one from BOOKING. I was shocked by hiss blatant dismissal of my request.
