Holiday Inn Express Toledo North By IHG

The hotel was nice and the room was clean, however, I was unable to obtain an extra pillow and I'm pregnant and needed one. The bed was rock hard and we couldn't sleep. There was a pancake maker at breakfast that didn't even work and the bagels were hard as rocks.

Disliked: Broken pancake maker; stale bagels; hard beds; no extra pillows.

Disliked: Staff was pretty rude about the deposit. There isn't a sign posted about the deposit up front. Read your fine print.

Disliked: Pool was closed for cleaning. Dipper issue. So not really the properties fault,but …Pancake machine was not working. Needed an extra pillow, none available.

Liked: They gave us a late check out as we were participating in a 5k. Rooms were clean. Not so much the hallways and elevators.
Disliked: Halls & elevators could use some touch ups. The pool was closed 😢

Liked: It was halfway on our trip to Michigan & right near where we needed to get off & get back on, so very little backtracking.
Disliked: This was minor but the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy so getting to sleep took a while but understand that regulating individual units is hard.

Disliked: Property was dirty. We had to have our comforter changed. It had stains on it. The floor had stains all over it. The pool had clumps of hair in it and the skimmer was all broke so you couldn’t even get the hair out. It was gross.
