Not Good at all!??

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I booked through Booking .com. When I arrived I was told that there was no reservation in my name , because she could not pull Ip their booking. I proceeded to shown her confirmation of the reservation . She then stated, ?that she only had one room left and it was not the one that I booked with Booking.com. My reservation was for a King room with balcony, instead I got a double queen room. What an inconvenience!!!!!!!

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn?t good. First room there was no co trip for thermostat and it was freezing so switched to another room. I always really liked the bedding at the holiday inn Express but the sheets here felt like sandpaper.
