The staff was unprofessional but...

Liked: The room was clean and met expectations. Parts of the hotel were under renovation but we were not affected by that.
Disliked: I was jolted from sleep by a call on the room phone from the front desk at MIDNIGHT saying there was an issue with my credit card. I was told I needed to come to the lobby to try to run my card again. I checked my account and the charge did indeed go through. I was then told that it was an error on their end and it didn't really go through. I could give her the information over the phone but it had to be done by 3am. Since I could clearly see that the payment had been charged to my account I refused to give the information. I received two more calls the next day AFTER I CHECKED OUT OF THE HOTEL asking for my card information to "keep on file" and so they could check me out. This was extremely unprofessional and have never heard of any hotel needing a credit card for the check out process. DO BETTER!

I loved it will be...

Liked: The bed were comfy, the pool was warm, and the room was super clean! I was happy to stay and will come back
Disliked: Not a hard no for me they are doing renovations so it can be out of sorts in some areas. They kept it extremely clean and out of the way of casual ways
