Wonderful

Liked: We really enjoyed our stayed. Room was clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great! And the staff is so friendly. I arrived earlier then check in time and they were able to accommodate easily. I really appreciated that!

Disliked: Not handicapp friendly. Room smelled of cig . Breakfast was limited

Liked: The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The room was clean.
Disliked: Windows would not open and seemed old. The pool area was run down looking. the lounge chair was broken. Did not have enough seating for more than a few people.

Liked: The key to our room was not working. The concierge did try to help us so I appreciate that and the maintenance man came and fixed the lock, but still we struggled with the key more than six times. In addition the hot tub was cold. There was no room service offered, and I found one cockroach in the bathroom, but the staff was nice.
