Disliked: The pool was under construction we were looking forward to go swimming it didn't tell us that it was closed on your web site but it did say on our hotel we were staying at so we were really bummed we were wondering if you guys could give us a free room.at a holiday in expree close to our home

Overall it was decent needs...

Liked: Good location close to lots of stores and mall. Easy parking. Decent breakfast
Disliked: We booked with the intention of going swimming and it was closed due to renovations and we werent informed or I would’ve booked elsewhere. The room has a bit of a musty smell we had to keep the fan and ac on or it would smell and feel musty. There was ants in the bathroom floor we would clean it up and they would just reappear.

Liked: The hotel location was perfect near shopping and eatery.
Disliked: The hotel needs updates. I was not able to sleep due to the air conditioning.

Looked good, couldn't stay

Liked: Good sized room, clean.
Disliked: We were surprised by pool and hot tub being renovated. The staff was understanding and moved us to a different hotel in their chain with a working pool and hot tub.

Liked: The staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was great
Disliked: It's OLD... Our room had an odor... Couldn't sleep with the AC on because it was so loud and noisy... Had to unplug the mini fridge at night because it too made a lot of noise... The toilet is so low to the ground I'm a senior with bad hips and it was very difficult to sit and difficult to get off No grab bar!!! The shower head was an antique... No automatic housekeeping services You have to call the front desk and request them... Pillows were like sleeping on rocks
