Disliked: Hotel rooms are dated Rust everywhere Bathroom not accommodating with no sink countertop space, rust everywhere, not even a hook behind the bathroom door. Stained carpet, no iron, when I requested the unfriendly gentleman at the front desk said make sure we return it, ask for a late checkout since we checked in late around midnight was told $35 for 30 or 45 minutes. Yes I did appreciate the price but rooms need to be updated & carpet removed...

Disliked: I would never in my life stay at this hotel again!!! Absolutely horrible experience! Pesticide powder was everywhere all over the room. The door was missing a safety lock on the inside. The keycard has to be inserted 10+ times for it to work. Housekeeping knocked on the door before our check out time. We told her to hold on. She said okay and still opened our door and said “can you just pass me the dirty towels”. Like what!!! You violated our privacy and my kids were getting dressed!!! I will be consulting with an attorney on tomorrow!!! I asked was there any rooms closer inside the building because my mom is disabled and can’t walk that far behind the building and was informed no! However, after seeing bugs on the bed the front desk guy changed our room. Another instance, a family member was outside smoking in the smoking area and the lady at the front desk called the police on her and said she was loitering! She had to prove she was staying here and asked several questions while being chastised by the officer. Like huh? She has a room at this hotel. Bedding was nasty with old blood stains!!!IT SEEMS LIKE THE STAFF WAS RACIST AND DIDNT LIKE DARK SKINNED PEOPLE!!

Disliked: At the check out the receptionist refused to give a check out invoice. This never happened at any other hotel I stayed at. I asked multiple times and she refused. She said that it has to be through booking since I made reservation through booking. On booking app it says that the hotel must give me check out invoice before I leave.I will never use booking.com again since they have contract with these scamers.I checked out at 10am on 08/24/2025
