Liked: The room was very clean and the breakfast staff was great - very friendly.

Liked: The whole staff from check in to breakfast was very polite / attentive. We have not seen this type of service for some years now since covid. Thank you for an enjoyable experience. Thank your team as well they are an asset to your business!

Disliked: The staff was not accommodating to our situation traveling with a child with a disability. They were even more rude to us when they found out we had booked through a third party.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent with many options . I also found the mattress there super comfortable

Disliked: There were renovations in the hotel and it should have never been welcoming guests at full price at the time. My daughter was almost hit by a falling ceiling tile on the way to breakfast.

Definitely recommend staying at this...

Disliked: It is surely not a deal breaker but as others have said the location is in an industrial area with tractor trailer viewing … thank you to all the truckers that keep all American suppliesDelivered!!
