Liked: The hotel was very clean, looked newly remodeled, and was conveniently located the airport and several dining options. The staff was all excellent, very friendly and very helpful. The 24 hour airport shuttle was excellent. Very dependable and efficient.

Pleasant

Liked: Location- had clear signs for entrance, just near highway Room had all essentials - tv, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave Cleanliness was good. Staff was frequently cleaning common areas.
Disliked: Breakfast wasnt apto mark, staff was struggling to make for all the guests, area was too crowded, pan cake machine was not working, not enough fruits. Room - toilet door was tight to move as it was touching ground

Liked: Close to the airport
Disliked: I was surprised that a chain hotel was unable to keep an expected level of quality:1. During check-in, the person at the front desk did not validate my ID. The front desk person also "scheduled" my ride with the shuttle to the airport on a ficticious departure time that did not exist. 2. The hotel room was not clean. The toilet seat was up and there were still smears of poop in there. The faucet handle had fingerprint smears on it. 3. The elevator had no finishing - you could see the metal frame and it looked like a maintenance elevator.4. Facilities were closed - e.g., pool is apparently indefinitely closed.

We would not come back...

Liked: The location and the proximity to Fort Drum.
Disliked: We specifically chose this hotel for the laundry facilities. They were not functioning the entire 5 nights and 6 days we were there. Elevator broke down but was fixed within a few hours.

Liked: We were there long enough to tell.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the refrigerator was hot, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, not enough plug ins in the bathroom for curling irons, etc. and the safe would not lock.

Some fixing up.

Liked: The breakfast was ok, ran out of food. There wasn't a big selection.
Disliked: The pool was freezing, the room wasn't ready at 730pm, there was no parking, the overnight manager took us to an unknown overflow parking area that the day shift didn't even know of that we had to be shuttled for. The dead bolt didn't work. They had 1 elevator that it looks like they tried to paint the panel white so now it looks like a bad DYI job. The elevator made a horrific noise and it would shake and stip a few seconds before opening the door. Overall I paid a lot of money for a bad stay.

It’s a nice hotel but...

Liked: Location was convenient, bed and room was clean, bathroom was nice as well . Continental breakfast was good too .
Disliked: I went to check in and they over booked and my room I requested was not available, I asked for two beds and I what i received was a “suite “ with one bed, a pull out couch and I had to get a cot for my other child. Parking was problematic as well because of being over booked “some vehicles were double parked and on curb “ lastly my children wanted to go swimming and the pool was supposed to be “heated” it was freezing cold at the ripe temp of 74. Multiple complaints from others to the front desk . It is a nice hotel but needs some work .
