Liked: The room was nice and cool; floors clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great to have a shuttle service to the airport.
Disliked: While taking a shower, the shower floor filled with water. I got out and popped up the drain cover- a long metal drain over the actual drain- and discovered LOADS of black hair clogging the drain. (My hair is gray, so not mine.) obviously, the bathroom was not cleaned well.

Disliked: Uncomfortable bed. Coffee not stocked and with 2 people at the front desk and nearly midnight/not busy, I was instructed that I could come get coffee pods. Generally, they send someone up with your items needed.

Disliked: There was an ant infestation in my room. They were out of a few things that were inconvenient to the guests like the pancake machine wasn’t working, no lids for the coffee cups, etc.
