Passable stay

Liked: Location
Disliked: The room felt quite dark, and I believe enhancing the lighting to create a more natural ambiance would be beneficial. Also, the breakfast restaurant could benefit from brighter lighting to enhance its atmosphere and overall dining experience.Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to discover some rubbish under the beds while searching for a lost item. However, I truly appreciated the prompt and sincere response from one of the staff members, who apologised and kindly provided a complimentary breakfast.

Disliked: Lots of people at breakfast, but that’s to be expected.If I’m being very picky some tomatoes and mushrooms at breakfast would be nice .

Disliked: No microwave in the roomSome rooms' aircon might not work properly (just automatic settings)Although the cleaning staff are great, hardworking & kind, it seems the cleaning protocol they have been given needs to be updated. Sadly it seemed routine that the cleaning staff take the garbage (including the toilet's) out & clean the bathroom & toilet first, then bring in & fold the new towels with the SAME gloves. Even wash the mugs with the same gloves, in the bathroom sink (presumably with just water or handwashing liquid). This could easily lead to skin rash or gut infections for the hotel guests. On top of that, I cannot say for certain if the cleaning staff changed their gloves after finishing each room, which could exacerbate the above issue and help spread germs among different rooms.I hope the hotel provides new guidelines and training for cleaning staff with respect for hygiene and cross contamination. Especially regarding the correct way to use single-use gloves. Thanks
