This property met all out...

Liked: Property was clean and very spacious. We stayed in an excellent room with special access facilities near the lift Staff were helpful and pleasant. Buffet was good.
Disliked: Some of the seating in the bedroom was trather uncomfortable.

Liked: Very clean and staff were super friendly and helpful...beds were amazing as where the pillows... will be high on my list of recommendations and to stay again, the one and only complaint would be that there was no exhaust fan at all in our bathroom/bedroom and a small microwave would be highly appreciated in the rooms...

Liked: The finishes on all the amenitiesThe linen , bathroom toiletries, the tea ond coffee facilities.I particularly liked the Soft and Firm pillow choice and the fact that I was trusted not to steal the coat hangers.The breakfast was one of the best buffets I have had at any hotel recently including those I had to pay extra for
Disliked: I’m not very good on my legs so the walk from the railway station wasn’t the best

Liked: Friendly staff, free breakfast and easy parking! It is a good place if you just need a clean place to shower and sleep :)
Disliked: The air conditioning in our room is terrible. We felt so cold and dry at night. We called up reception about this issue, and they arranged someone to our room for checking. The staff checked and advised that the air-conditioner is working fine, and room temperature can only go up to 24.5 degrees maximum. To be honest, 24.5 degrees may be comfortable for summertime, but it is definitely not warm enough for winter, especially on a windy and rainy night. Unfortunately, my husband caught a cold.
