Exceptional

Disliked: It took a very long time to check in. Also a very long time to order a drink. I had just arrived from Rome and the service in Italy is incredibly quick and efficent. The service here was painfully slow.

The hotel was very conveniently...

Liked: The room was new and clean, and the bathroom was good. I liked that breakfast was included, there was a wide selection and quality was good. The luggage lockers were very convenient so I could leave my luggage and spend a few hours in town.
Disliked: Service was slow on arrival because the staff were doing check-in as well as taking food and drink orders. We ordered two glasses of sparkling wine and they were flat; I had to ask for a new bottle to be opened. The QR system for ordering from the table wasn't working.
