Enjoyable stay, perfect location for...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and explained all of the key information with it being my first stay. The room was large, clean and the shower was great. The timetable for the breakfast suited me perfectly and it was very nice.
Disliked: The initial check in was an issue because the system was having issues but the staff remained calm, friendly and communicated brilliantly
