Pool closed, old mattresses but...
Liked: Easy to find, very friendly staff
Disliked: Room wasn’t very clean, pool was out of order and the mattresses were very worn out

What stay. No manager, no...
Liked: To heck with the property. When we went to check into, the electricity was off. They had no idea when it would come on. They were not checking in people. We were told that we could sit in the lobby or try to find another place! We are an elderly couple and we would have appreciated amore help. The manager wasn’t even there. We could have waited all night for a room and never had one. I’m irate that we were charged for a room.

Worst Experience. Need my money...
Liked: Breakfast & Location was good.
Disliked: Most of the things inside the hotel and in the room was either broken or in the poor state. Knob for the shower to turn on/off was broken, Furniture were either broken/in poor state, Power outlets in the room was not working. Their computer system was not working and not taking the payment after trying for 15 minutes. Then staff asked me to go to bed and pay in the morning. After 45 minutes at 11pm at night, another lady staff called me on the room landline and then on my cell phone called me to come down to make payment else vacate the hotel. I had to come out of the bed to make the payment in the night at 11pm. This was my worst experience and I want my money back, Looks they have just got the name of HolidayInn somehow but they are not worth. They are giving bad name to HolidayInn.
