Liked: Very friendly staff! Very clean and spacious room that was well designed. Many extras you would not expect in an Express hotel: 24-hour coffee in lobby, fitness center, fire pit, breakfast- bacon, eggs &etc. convenient free parking. New or like new refrigerator, microwave and Kerrigan coffee maker. Sliding glass doors on shower. Low to the floor shower entrance. Plenty of towels etc. Very comfortable King bed! Lots of TV channels.
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better is the heat/ac unit is an outside/inside wall/floor unit and slightly noisy but not bad. It worked well and the thermostat was on the wall.

Liked: The staff and people were nice the breakfast area they tried to have different options for everyone
Disliked: The chlorine level was too high made it hard to enjoy the pool I just sat and watched my daughter and eyes burning and feeling sick. We found leftover stuff from someone else in our room so maybe a better walk through with cleaning.

Liked: The handicap accessibility room was the most well designed such room we've ever stayed in. We felt like our disability was truly accommodated.

Liked: The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We really liked that the rooms were services daily and you could let the staff know what level of service you would like. Oh, cant forget to mention that breakfast was awesome!
Disliked: No, our stay was perfect and we will definitely stay at this location on our next visit to Wilmington.

Nothing like a good quiet...

Liked: All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a notch above other hotel buffets. It was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable bedding, spacious and quiet room.
Disliked: The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work but other than that everything was good.

Disliked: The room was supposed to be a suite with two rooms not a studio
