Liked: Breakfast was phenomenal, the staff was right there on point keeping the food stocked and the area clean.
Disliked: That i couldn't stay longer.

Nice hotel, sketchy area.

Liked: Super nice lobby. Good complimentary breakfast. Clean room. Very nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable.
Disliked: The location seemed sketchy.

Great place to stay!

Liked: You could tell they cared about this property and their clients. There was constantly cleaning and picking up. Always welcoming to everyone that walked in. The pool area was clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: the location of the hotel was very convenient.the restaurant facilities were clean and the staff very condial.
Disliked: I purchased items from the refrigerator that were outdated but the staff exchanged it without any issues.

Hotel meets the consistent high...

Liked: breakfast was good, up to the typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Although it would be nice if all the dishes and flatware did not have to be plastic
Disliked: thermostat was a little tricky in the room. We could not turn up the temperature to 70 degrees without the heat coming on. I was also troubled by the presence of multiple small framed posters in the lobby area (3 total) warning guests about human trafficking. Why was this particular messaging throughout the facility and not others? and I don't think more messaging like this is a good idea
