Disliked: NEED OUTSIDE POOL

Rooms smell like mildew, staff...

Liked: Breakfast was great for a hotel. The cheese omelette was awesome. The line was too long for coffee and everything else was standard.
Disliked: The front desk staff, Tony, who I had to speak with on the phone prior and to check-in was an absolute pain. There were screaming children who ended up being taped into their rooms by their chaperones, and when I notified the hotel of this nose difference, the sent me an email to tell me I was “incorrect.” I have photographs.

Liked: Location
Disliked: There are a lot of better options for hotels around the same location that don’t cost nearly as much. The wallpaper in the room was peeling, the extra blankets were stiff enough to stand up on their own, overall we were expecting a lot more for what we paid.

Exceptional

Liked: The cleanliness and up to date facility! The beds were very comfortable and had a nice bathroom.
Disliked: I can't really think of anything!

Liked: I stay at this hotel every time my family and I visits. The staff is always nice and the breakfast is pretty decent. The staff always makes sure our stay is great and we are welcomed the moment we step foot in the lobby. I love that there is an indoor pool and the hotel is always nice and quiet. If you have an opportunity check this hotel out!
Disliked: The pool was a bit cold but that’s not something that would stop me from going.

Liked: The free breakfast had a good variety of options.
Disliked: The room smelled unpleasant. You could smell cigarette smoke down the hall even though it is a non-smoking hotel. The bathrooms weren’t clean enough.
