Disliked: *My sheets seemed to have period blood stains *The bathroom toilet was all yellow as it hasn’t been clean*There was mold on the ceiling *We can hear everything going on in the upper room and the rooms beside us *Paid extra $60 for a romantic decoration I was told they would put rose petals on the floor going from the door to the bed with fake lights there was none only a few on the bed with chocolate covered strawberries and was told there would be balloons on the ceiling there was none only a few on the bed *breakfast has no flavor and was nearly any

Satisfactory One-Night Stay

Liked: We stayed for just one night and overall, the experience was satisfactory. When we first arrived, the room had a noticeable smell that required airing out. It seemed like the pillows may have absorbed the odor as well, but thankfully, the front desk staff—especially the lady who checked us in—was very accommodating and promptly helped us switch them out.The hotel communicated well regarding an ongoing issue with the water and even offered to let us cancel our booking, which we appreciated. However, since we were only staying one night and didn’t have any better options, we decided to stay.The pool wasn’t as warm as we had hoped, but the hot tub was perfect, and we enjoyed being able to go back and forth between the two. Breakfast was basic but hot and included a decent variety: eggs, meats, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. Nothing fancy, but it was edible and convenient.The best part of the stay was the staff—they were friendly, helpful, and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. While there were a few bumps, the customer service helped balance things out. If you’re looking for a simple, short stay, this place will do the job.
