Very disappointing stay — unclean...

Disliked: This was, unfortunately, the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.The bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly — the stainless steel sink drain was rusty and moldy, and the countertop had visible dirt. The landline phone in the room did not work, and there were no cups provided. I reported these issues immediately, and the front office manager personally came to my room and confirmed them.Breakfast was equally concerning. The milk served was spoiled — it poured out of the carton in curdled lumps. This is not only disappointing but also a serious food safety issue.I have stayed at many Holiday Inns over the years and never encountered anything like this. I hope management takes these issues seriously to ensure other guests do not have the same experience.

Disliked: The room was very clean, although the fire alarm went off @ 4 in morning then I feel back to sleep 2 hrs later only to receive a text at 7am from hotel about check out @ 11am! This is my vacation why would you notify us so early so I paid for a room that I barely got any sleep in. Gym very very small with dirty machines

Disliked: Alot of highway noise at night there a bridge right behind the hotel and a bump coming off the bridge caused the trucks to bang every time a truck or car passed
