Surprise by this stay

Liked: Holiday inn is one of my favorite hotels. I been to several so I always expect the best. Room was awesome and bed was comfortable as always.
Disliked: There were a few things at this location that surprised me. I went to check in and was told my room wasn't ready. I was told to come back at 3. So I arrived at 330 and my room still wasn't ready. So after a long trip I was upset. My room was supposed to be 106 but the young lady at the desk felt bad and found me another room on the fourth floor. So I understand this part isn't the fault of the hotel, but on the room right next to us seems like there was a hotel party. The noise was until midnight. So paying 250 a night for a room and not being able to even get sleep didn't make me happy. I told the young lady at the desk about the party and she just smiled.
