It was ok.
Liked: I liked how it was nice.
Disliked: The wait to check in was an hour+. There was only one staff member. We also got woken up by housekeeping at 9am.

Accidents beware ...
Liked: Room was spacious and accommodating into picking room.
Disliked: Bathtub is extremely slippery. My wife slipped and fractured a toe. The part that is alarming is the hotel did not want to file a report as it occurred inside the room not in a "common area" such as a hallway. All they said was to call an ambulance. We had to assume all the costs at an urgent care. Also need to see podiatrist soon.

Great place, great staff.
Liked: This was our second time staying in this place. It didn't disappoint. The room was very clean, the staff was very nice, the breakfast was great! Even when the pancake machine was not working well, the lady that was there was great, trying to make sure we were taken care of. The staff was REALLY nice. My family just said this will be a yearly destination for us and will definitely be staying here
Disliked: Check-in was at 3 PM. I got there about 3:20 or so. There was a line, only one person working at the front desk, and the customers she was checking in were having problems with their reservation. When I got to check in, we had gotten charged twice for our reservation, and our other family member, who also had a separate reservation, also had issues with his. It wasn't showing up in the system even though they had already charged him. Since we wanted our rooms close to each other, I had to wait to get his problem resolved. Total time, it took us to get our room about 1 1/2 hours. We got our key card to our room around 4:45 PM. The issue kept coming up with other customers as well, and the ONLY staff available was so nice to everybody. I would like to point out how very professional she was, even when somebody was saying negative things, she always kept her tone, being nice to everyone, giving everyone the same service and respect. She did mention it was a new system but still made our check-in time somewhat stressful, especially when traveling with little kids. Also, just to point out, in my opinion, I think the temperature of the room was FREEZING. And when we tried to put it a little higher, it just started blowing hot air. So we were either too cold or too hot. My husband, who was sleeping right next to the console, was freezing, and so was I. It would be great of we could have a "neutral" temperature.
