Good

Spent way too much money...

Liked: The staff at front desk was friendly/professional. The breakfast area was clean, well organized and tasty. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was not fully clean. There was some gooey substance on the nightstand and ottoman. The toilet was dirty. The pool was very small. The walls are thin, our neighbor kept banging on our wall as if we were loud, after my girls laughed. Been to hotels with my friends MUCH louder and never experienced that. My youngest daughter, 8, accidentally spilled her drink in front of the elevator on our way exiting/checking out. I looked for help to clean up so no one slipped and gone hurt. The Housekeeper was in a room, so I laid towels from her cart to start cleaning up, with ONE arm, as mentioned I am leaving and have bags in another arm. I went back to let Housekeeper know of our accident, and she was incredibly RUDE to us. She wouldn?t speak to me and GAVE both my daughters and me dirty looks, which made my girls very nervous. I will NEVER be staying at that Hotel Inn again. Dropped a lot of $$ to be treated poorly.

The staff and the location...

Liked: Location was perfect. We had an event at McCloone's at Pier Village,
Disliked: Staff didn't arrive to clean room until after 6 pm. Not necessary at this point. We were out all day, hot and tired. We got towels from desk and were fine. Maybe staff was short??

breakfast is a hot mess!...

Liked: very clean place. no issues besides what?s specified below.
Disliked: breakfast needs to be revamped. it?s a hot mess with no real order and only one person doing everything. the pool is not heated it?s cold and small but it works.

My second stay at this...

Liked: Loved the breakfasts!

Superb

Liked: Staff were all exceptional. Rooms were clean and well kept.
Disliked: I know pricing has gone up significantly but, to pay $350 seemed a bit excessive.
