Convenient, modern and welcoming hotel

Liked: We had a family suite and the room was large enough to accommodate the 5 of us very well. Had an extra sitting area that was a sofa bed. Could have also fit in an extra bed with no problem.Lots of power outlets that were easy to access.The bathroom had a shower as well as bathtub.Breakfast was good, with a number of options to choose from. Plenty of parking as well as underground for extra safety.Pool area was nice and had lots of towels available.Getting to west Edmonton mall was straightforward and only about 10 minutes away.
Disliked: Sadly the hot tub jets were not working the days we were there.

Liked: Was supposed to have a handicapped accessible room.. confirmed again in the hotel at check-in......got up to the room.... NOT handicapped accessible
