The stay was good just...

Good short stay

Liked: Hotel itself was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Facilities good. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was OK. Walmart was 10 minutes walk. Nearest bus stop is 20 mins (approx.) walk away. Edmonton shopping Mall 40 mins (approx.) walk.
Disliked: No bus stop nearby.

Liked: Nice location, very clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: As the hotel tried to put my credit card through before we checked in I think they put it in wrong because I got an email from you guys saying there was a problem with my credit card phone the hotel and they were surprised. I got an email from book.com. I think they were trying to give my rooms away because they were getting very busy they were full that night. Because when I checked in, there was no issue with my credit card.

Our go-to hotel in Edmonton!

Liked: Good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent location and nice staff. There is a new service where they will provide complimentary toiletries such as toothpaste and razors! Along with kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, etc.) upon request. We've stayed here before and it's the only hotel we will stay at in Edmonton and preference when traveling. Great value for a great stay.
Disliked: The floors are thin and you can hear people walking above. Our room was by the elevator and you could hear the people talking loudly. We called to report the noise and the staff did well to tell them to be quiet. The gap on the doors need to be covered. It would be nice to have fresh fruit and veggies during breakfast, and a water station by the 24 hr complimentary coffee in the common area.
