Liked: Close to many stores I love
Disliked: I wish the room was “refreshed”… empty waste paper baskets and check supplies( I was out of lotion and down to the last 3 squares of toilet paper when I left).

Liked: Good although pancake machine was down at 8:45 a.m. and 2 little ones were looking forward to pancakes and we also thought the buffet was open until 10:00 but they closed up at 9:40.
Disliked: No one at checkin when I first got there and wasn’t apologetic or overly friendly when he did show up (only a minute or two). Couldn’t provide me with a hard copy receipt because I’d booked through booking.com. Establishment should be able to give me a receipt regardless.
