Best hotel in West Des...

Liked: The location was great! Dave and Buster's with a nice mall across the street! Wonderful check in with the ladies being very helpful and recommended a great pizza place! The decor is very up to date with fun colors that compliment the neon lights at night. Nice patio outside where we enjoyed drinking and having coffee. The breakfast was delicious with eggs and yummy potatoes with healthy options also. The teas and fresh ground coffee were a pleasant surprise! We loved the Dove toiletries! They all smell great and thanks for going green and saving on the little plastic bottles! The beds were comfy and I didn't hear anything all night! Outstanding hotel that shows pride with how clean everything was inside and out! Most beautiful plants when you walk in! Can't wait to come back!

Disliked: What was terrible was the fact that I booked the hotel on booking.com at 9 am in the morning and when I showed up at the hotel at 4 oclock they said there wasn't a room left for me. I had to travel over 30 min away to find the nearest hotel that wasn't fully booked. A completely terrible booking experience for my family.
