Liked: The property was nice
Disliked: Our only issue was when we had to leave shortly before 11 pm due to a medical emergency that we were dealing with their was no empathy to our situation no offer to adjust our stay and basically just wanted to know if we wanted a receipt

Liked: The room was nice and the breakfast was very goo.
Disliked: I was extremely disappointed that there was no Gideons Bible in the nightstand drawer. I was advised that this hotel took them out during COVID some five years ago and decided not to put them back in afterwards. It is sad that management has made such a decision. For over a century, travelers have trusted hotels to allow the Gideons to place new free Bibles in their rooms. When hotel chains opt to no longer provide this service to their customers, it leaves me with no choice but in the future to support one of the many chains who continue this important service. I am not alone in my thoughts on this. I hope that this Holiday Inn and others will reconsider their position. Thank you.
