Liked: Not much to share; rolled in late, left early Didn’t take advantage of an perks so to speak Front desk check in was fabulous, personable and a delight. Hostess in the breakfast area - super sweet and very hospitable. A real gem!
Disliked: Only 2 bath towels Hot water issue Turned in satisfaction leaflet from the room with additional details; not deal breakers but minor suggestions for improvement

My stay was good except...

Liked: The room was a good size and comfortable. The location was excellent. The laundry facility was convenient
Disliked: The room didn't get refreshed or cleaned while we were there. I had to go to the front desk every day to get fresh towels. Breakfast was satisfactory but not great.

Wasn't worth the money won't...

Liked: The staff was nice and tried to accommodate us as best as possible.
Disliked: The first room had a foul dirty pee mold sell that hit you as soon as you walked in. The second room had a terrible mold smell, with snot or other dried body fluid on the walls, a dirty hand print on the headboard, the bathroom floor was gross, so I wiped it with a wash cloth. The white wash cloth was black when I finished. I have pictures if they are needed. Woke up wth violent stomach pain (very allergic to mold), and husband was broken out all on his back and chest. Housekeeping beat on the door at 8 in the morning like they were actually going to clean. Why so early when check out is at 12. Worst stay every.
