Liked: the room was very clean, and the location of Hotel is perfect to visit the city, and participate to the Triathlon in Waco. The road in front of the hotel is not noisy, and the staff is very welcoming

Liked: It was so clean. It was easy to get to and to many places.
Disliked: Squeaky shower door I’m 327.

Liked: It was nice and clean, mostly. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner but we were just there one night so we didn’t have them reclean it.
Disliked: The bed was one of the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on! Our backs were so sore and we could hardly sleep. No coffee maker in the room either, which was odd.

Disliked: My room (Room 133) was next to an side exit door that would slam every time someone entered or exited. This happened many times betwen 10pm and 1am and between 5a and 9aTerrible experience.Could not rest

Liked: Beautiful facility and excellent staff! Trey Dixon was at the front desk, and he is the consummate professional and was eager to assist us in any way! We had issues with the TV, and he was quick to resolve it! Nice breakfast, as well, with friendly staff. The fitness room was super, too! Thanks again for making our short stay a pleasant one!
