Liked: The hotel maintains excellent cleanliness, as do its facilities. The continental breakfast is exceptional and the staff provides warm hospitality.
Disliked: The no-smoking policy requires more stringent enforcement. This is not a criticism of the hotel, but rather a suggestion that occasional checks be conducted. We experienced the smell of pot during our stay on the 5th floor.

Liked: The ladies at the front desk were excellent.

Liked: Friendly staff and the room is clean.
Disliked: The toilet flush is not working; we always have to fix the faulty flapper to fill up the water every time we use it. There was a loud noise in the hallway in the middle of the night, and when we went down the elevator used by the cleaner staff, which was full of cleaning stuff, we had to wait for another elevator with the same scenario. I suggest there should be a service elevator for the staff, or since there are two elevators, use one only so the other elevator can go up and down for the guest to use.
