Excellent place!!

Great place for families and...

Liked: Breakfast was good with several choices that even our three grandsons ate. the breakfast staff was great and even gave them crayons and paper to color on . The pool was located next to the elevator which is good for getting back to the room with out a lot of mess.
Disliked: We had to go down stairs to get bedding for the pull out sofa, but that is nothing major.

Disappointing

Liked: Love location and amenities!! The indoor pool was great!! Breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast was so nice.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk questioned my wife as soon as she walked in the hotel with my twins and her best friend. She asked me for everyone's name staying in the room, including my minor children. She then charged me for another nights stay when my card was presented to be on hold for damages. Because of the Christmas holiday, it took me 5 days to get a refund for the double charge.
