Exceptional

Liked: Lucky was the manager who checked us in and made our experience 5 star! He was so kind and helpful to my entire family. He made check-in smooth. His customer service took away stress and created peace on a hectic day. I'm thankful for his kindness and hospitality, and I'm thankful for our overall experience.
Disliked: My bedding was a bit itchy but everything was clean.

Disliked: Breakfast could have been till 10am We were on vacation and we like to sleep in

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: There was a dead rodent smell every time we turn the faucet in the bathroom. Might be a dead rodent in the traps or pipe somewhere. Nauseating

The pool was very comfortable...

Liked: The staff member Lucky was perfect. He made me feel like I was the only guess and met my every need. Very professional!!!
Disliked: They only had one elevator in the building

Liked: Had the best experience with the staff that i've ever had at any location. They were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs.
Disliked: Honestly, everything was wonderful. The only thing I probably would change was the breakfast it was a little lackluster. I also wish I would have taken more pictures. It was just a quick overnight stay and I didn't think to capture a lot of pictures. As a matter of fact, I only took one and it was me saying goodnight to a friend.
