Disliked: Could not use the swimming pool the whole 5 days we was there. The water was dirty and green. And weather was hot . We wasted our money

No complaints but the bathroom.

Liked: The location was greatthe staff was nice, and the room was spacious.
Disliked: I did not like the smell in the bathroom. It was a pee like smell but I think it was the inner shower curtain that was smelling. but overall the bathroom was clean.

Disliked: That the pool was not available. Water was dark green. Nasty!! 100 degrees outside and no pool to cool off. When I pay the amount of money you charge for a room, I expect everything to be working

Disliked: Carpet was filthy. Socks were dirty just from walking around room. Wore shoes until we went to bed. Furniture was very stained.

Disliked: The room we book was over sold and we were placed in smaller room and had to pay for extra room, reception asked to dispute with booking.com as they frequently oversold large rooms
