We didn't.

Liked: We were unable to stay at this facility. We were told by Booking.com that the facility was pet-friendly. We were scammed. Booking. com was not honest with us. We had to seek refuge at Fairfield Inn.
Disliked: Tell your agents to be on top of the game. We were so upset. We had been in the car for three days with our pets--pulled in to check in--and we were not allowed to stay because of the no-pets policy of Holiday Inn Express. UGH!

Liked: Common rooms were upgraded nicely. Breakfast was better than in the past.
Disliked: Hotel rooms were shabby, beds always looked sloppy.
