Disliked: I asked for one extra chair in my room on my May 16th five days stay. The staff at the front desk who wears a turban told me off.He said" You just get the furnitures that are in your room!!We DO NOT have an extra chair for you in your room!!?This was my five days stay from May 15, I checked out on May 20th!!He has to change his attitude. He was incapable to help me as a client. He is unable and did not want to help me. I felt being ignored. I had told him that I have to sit on my bedside to wear my shoes, to drink my coffee, to get dressed. But he showed NO empathy at all. His willingness to help me was zero.He is inadvertantly telling me that the whole Holiday Inn Hotel does not have one extra chair for my room during my stay from May 15 to May 20th.My stay Bill total was under CAD $1,000.I will not be returning to your hotel.I also need an apology from him, the fellow who wears a turban.I work in a public sector, with Royal Bank for 35 years and TD Bank for 11 years. Never have I told my clients OFF like he did!!I personally think Management can hire another staff who does a better job than himI think this make staff is UNFIT to serve at the front counter of Holiday INN at 5599 Ambler Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Please tell him that he owes me an apology.Thank you, Management.Mrs. Chiu

Will definitely stay again and...

Liked: Immediately upon walking in staff smiled, the lobby was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished all around very welcoming.The room is large and spacious, very clean, (and I check corners, etc.) the bed was extremely comfortable and my husband and I both were very impressed with the room and the furniture
Disliked: I can honestly say there was nothing. I didn’t like about the property except maybe the fact that I was looking forward to a bath and they have large showers but no bathtubs. But seriously that was my only complaint.

Liked: The shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and it was in the wee hours of the mornign even. THere was a bag breakfast provided for us as we caught the shuttle before breakfast was served. That was a lovely surprise.

Good Hotel close to Airport...

Liked: Great king size room. Close to airport and car rental. Even good location to visit Toronto which we did by Uber (that saves a lot of headaches parking etc)
Disliked: There is a free shuttle bus, which works very good, but you have to call the hotel to order them
