Liked: Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and very helpful. Its nice to have breakfast included in the stay. Location is perfect
Disliked: A staff member walking around her place of employment wearing a bonnet. Very unprofessional. The elevators were very dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. The last day there was garbage in the elevator. Not monitored.

Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located next to the shopping area of Levis Commons and several restaurants. The common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived.
Disliked: There was nothing bad to say about the stay. Other guests in the hotel were respectful and did not cause any unnecessary noise. The hotel was located far enough from the interstate to not really hear much of the road noise.

Disliked: The were no pictures on the walls which made a little cold.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was exceptionally helpful as I used a third party source to book the rooms and one of my party arrived before I did - not a problem as I was concerned because oftentimes this can be an issue). The desk staff were super friendly. The family had four separate rooms and all were very pleased with the accommodations.

Liked: I thought this property was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and pillows were of good quality. I appreciated the tags on the pillow cases to denote firm or soft. The bathroom was spacious and the Dove brand toiletries were good. I would have appreciated better lighting for putting on makeup as it's a little harsh.
Disliked: As we had to leave early in the morning, we were not able to take advantage of any coffee/breakfast items. The in-room coffee maker was only supplied with hot tea pods and decaf coffee - definitely not our style. We would have liked the option for some regular coffee and milk rather than the decaf and no sweetener options.
