Disliked: Walkway around pool needs revamping, grouting mostly.

Liked: The staff was phenomenal and so very kind! We came across multiple staff members and each were exceedingly nice!
Disliked: The room was gross. There were public hairs and boogers in the shower. It made us question the cleanliness of the beds and other areas.

Double charged

Disliked: Got double charged for a room, new desk attendant was not being supervised while doing a check in. The head clerk did fix the charges, but takes 3 days to get my money back.Also, the room had a small ant issue on the 2nd floor.
