Overall, great stay. Enjoyed the...

Liked: The property was nice and clean. Nice location and nice neighborhood.
Disliked: I was charged twice for the room. Once by the property and once by booking.com. I am waiting to see if one of the pending charges will be reversed. But this wouldn't be a pleasant feeling if I did not have the funds in my account to be pending for the room twice. This has never happened when using booking.com and hopefully this isn't something that will continue while using booking.com.

Will not stay there again.

Liked: Some of the staff members were the best, and the outside of the building was very clean.
Disliked: Checked in, and the room was not clean. Maid came in, did not knock, and said that the room had not been cleaned. She said that she was going to talk to the front desk and come back, and she did not. So I went to the front desk and your customer service said that the room has already been clean. There was no hot water in the shower, and the bed sheets felt gritty.
