Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: The full breakfast bar well supplied and had good variety. Room was exceptionally clean and very large. It was as quiet as could be for a downtown location. Beautiful view of Mt. Rainer, and the Chahuli Glass Bridge was only 2 blocks away. Very good value for hotel stay. Secure parking was reasonable fee. We enjoyed it.
Disliked: The hotel was being remodeled, which they didn't mention when we booked, but it was still a nice stay. The view is better on the south side of the hotel.

Liked: They were clearly refurbishing so not everything was protect but the room I in on the 8th floor was very comfortable and clean and the location was great for seeing a show at the Tacoma Dome.

Liked: The room and restroom were clean, bed was comfortable. Location is convenient, close to Tacoma Dome.
Disliked: The breakfast quality is bad. I cannot eat anything healthy but eggs, the rest were highly processed, sugary and carb loaded boxed food. I see them often unboxing this unhealthy junk when replenishing the stock of food. The breakfast room was very tiny, like a hole in a wall. Not sure if because of the construction going on. No gym room, no swimming pool. Not worth my money. Honestly.

Disliked: I was very disappointed that the pool was not available, it was a factor I my decision to stay there. The maid service didn't clean every day.

Decent for a short stay!

Liked: Front desk staff was super helpful and professional. Room was clean and love how spacious the bathroom was! Location was also right next to the campus so lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel was doing some renovations during our stay. While it wasn't disruptive, it just limited us on certain things like vending machines, etc. And the breakfast area ws super tight for all guests.

Disliked: The air conditioning wasn't working and no one was available to help. Toilet height seemed low. The room was very nice and comfortable.
