Hilton Garden Inn Tacoma Downtown

Everyone was very friendly; got checked in right away; reasonable price; close to the Tacoma Dome and downtown; good breakfast. Overall great experience!

Liked: Location, parking availability, attractive foyer. Walking through the university grounds is always very pleasant.
Disliked: The room had only plastic or paper cups, and the carpet in this pet friendly room needed an overall cleaning.

Liked: Victoria was not a person I would put in my FRONT Lobby. Very unhappy person I felt like everytime I asked a question She was going to come over the counter.
Disliked: Front Desk Person needs to be friendly and cheerful NOT upset with customers for asking questions

Liked: Overall, I enjoyed my stay except for the fact that I could hear the people upstairs walking around. It was pretty loud in the middle of the night so it took some time to adjust to.
