Aceeptable stay for the price...

Liked: Room size
Disliked: - room was not ready for check in 3 pm , we were delayed by 3 hours , International checkout is 12– according to them , their checkout was 11, and they only agreed on allowing 1 hour late checkoutFront desk staff readiness to process check in ( stretched and delayed process to stall time ) whichMade it uncomfortable lengthy process Room issued was wheelchair accessible — with very high bathroom sink access - unsuitable for kids, they were uncomfortable while trying to wash their hand! I was expecting more selection of items on their breakfast included menu..

Disliked: Booked a room with two beds since my daughter was staying with my wife and I, when we arrived the only room left was a room with a king. My daughter slept on the floor

Holiday Inn never disappoints when...

Liked: Great location to airport and waited only a matter of seconds for shuttle bus each way. Buffet breakfast at Holiday Inn is always appreciated and sets you up well for the day, as do the super comfy beds

We really enjoyed the quiet...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was perfect, and was enjoyed by the adults and children. The hot breakfast that was included was a great bonus for us. It was a clean, quiet hotel. I will definitely stay again.
Disliked: No room service option was really the only downfall.

I was happy with my...

Liked: I had to leave the hotel at 3:00 am, there was a little cold breakfast available, would have loved a tea. Overall it was a good stay, appreciated the shuttle to the airport. I would certainly use this hotel again.
Disliked: I know it was nice to have a little food available for a very early breakfast however maybe a porridge, tea and coffee.

Liked: I like that it was so close to the airport, especially when you have a 6 AM flight out
Disliked: I didn’t like the price because we got there around 7:30 PM and we left at 3:30 AM! We also had to get up at 2 AM and it took several hours for the front desk to change our room because we had a metal banging noise outside our window and we were on the third floor and couldn’t figure out what the sound was so maintenance come up and said yes there is a noise. It took them a while to give us another room so we did lose sleep was a little annoyed by that.
