Friendly and helpful staff, clean...

Liked: Clean, and helpful check-in agent.
Disliked: Only place to get ice was was at the front desk. Apparently any others were out of service.

The staff was great and...

Liked: Allen was great! We had an issue with the room we were given and he quickly switched us to another room. All front desk staff was great with providing ice for my cooler when the ice machine was broken.
Disliked: Breakfast selection was limited while there but not sure if due to weekend or availability.

The stay was great but...

Liked: Very clean. Evening staff was great. Had to wake up late night staff
Disliked: Room was over $300 night. I wouldn’t have cared except they didn’t make, clean, or restock the room while we were there. We had to go and get towels and, coffee, and toiletries ourselves

Liked: Great bed. Very comfortable. Room was cool when we got in it. Great
Disliked: The ice machine on 2nd floor was not working
