Holiday Inn Express & Suites South Portland an IHG Hotel

Nice place to stay!

Liked: The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator was super slow. We took the stairs a lot.

This hotel exceeded my expectations!

Liked: The breakfast was excellent and there were lots of options to choose from, the beds were really comfortable and the hotel in general was exceptionally clean.

Disliked: Unfortunately the pancake machine was broken. Also, we were near the elevator and it was loud late at night.

Liked: Loved the hot breakfast!! Parking was ok but seemed like it was further from room than some motel/ hotels I have stayed at.
Disliked: Stupid Kerig in room DID NOT work. But was lucky our room (104) was not far from the hot coffee in the breakfast/ lobby area, but just a bummer when you have to get dressed more to go out there to get coffee.Did let the front desk know at check out about the Kerig.
