Superb

Liked: The breakfast was great! The room was was clean & updated. The bed was very comfortable. The Staff was friendly.
Disliked: More comfortable chair, such as a recliner.

Exceptional

Liked: Room is spacious and fit for family with two kids.Breakfast is good . Only suggestion to keep some banana for vegetarian . Non-veg options are really very good . Drinks section was out of service which May happens occasionally. But some fruits other than orange would be greatly appreciated

Disliked: Very over priced!! Last time I stayed there it was under 150 a night! Now it was 200 hundred a night with no changes to the facilities!

Liked: Building was remodeled recently so everything was fresh. Especially liked shower and bed.

Liked: I am very upset with the lack of respect towards my family and I. I showed up at the accommodation and the person who welcomed us today Saturday the 12th at 4:20 pm began to throw our reservation papers at us, did not want to work, verbally attacked us and threw the keys at us. Which is why I got very angry and left the accommodation and told her she was a racist person, I don't know how people like that can have any knowledge of what customer service is. I can't identify the person's name but she was white with blue eyes, an uneducated person and very racist. I came from far away with my family and that woman made us leave.
