Liked: Aisha at the front desk was super sweet and helpful! She is the most pleasant person I have seen working in a hotel in several years and definitely deserves recognition!
Disliked: The shower hadn't been cleaned in awhile (soap residue everywhere and floor was suuuper slippery) and there were a few bugs in our room (that's the time of year, but in the hallway outside our room, they didn't clean up a bug carcass for the two days we were there).

Disliked: There was no lightbulbs in the lamps by the bed and the light in the bathroom in the ceiling didn?t work.

Cross country road trip.

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was clean.
Disliked: Location was a little sketchy. Staff told us breakfast was from 7-11. Staff seemed unsure/ new. Kitchen closed at 9 while we were there. Room was stuffy. I drove cross country and stayed at several Holiday Inn. This was was by far the worst one.
