Good - Comfortable

Liked: Our room was very clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. The parking lot is a little tight and can be a jaunt.
Disliked: They did not change out the towels or ask to any of the 3 nights we were there. I understand "green policy" but we were playing softball all weekend and could've used some fresh towels at least once. The other issue was the elevator being out - so we didn't take our cooler with us to the field. Unfortunate timing for us.

It was clean and comfortable...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and had a good number of supplies in it.
Disliked: The TV was difficult to operate and I couldn't select anything to watch easily. Also, one elevator was broken down so getting to and from the room was not as easy as it could have been.

Very good

Liked: Rooms were large. great breakfast. friendly staff.
Disliked: Ice machine on our floor was broken. pool had ants on the pool deck. Room had a musty odor, felt "damp". Refrigerator didn't work well. freezer "defrosted" and leaked water everywhere.

Liked: Breakfast was awesome. Lots of options. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Shower Water trickled when turned to hot. 2nd night didn't get hot at all. Got moved to new room which was great but i was annoyed. Room cleanliness was subpar. (IMO Having a cleaning business of my own. )

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, and a good location for us
Disliked: They were working on the fire alarm for the longest time. Then, the elevators were broken. They finally got one elevator fixed.

Overall it was nice.

Liked: Staff were friendly, the place was clean - needed a little TLC in places. The Bed was comfortable, location was perfect for work.
Disliked: The walls were not sound proofed. Noise travelled and when you are working 14hr days and just want to sleep, it's difficult when the hotel is full of teens in town for sports, running up and down halls and constantly hearing the doors opening and shutting and squealing the whole night.
