A surprisingly excellent beginning to...

Liked: The shuttle from SeaTac and to surroundings was a definite plus. The drivers and the front desk employees were personable and helpful. The room was comfortable for 5 adults and the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold options.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The room location...even AFTER they relocated us (2 rooms further away from the interstate!), due to the interstate noise in the room - loud, and right next to the interstate on ramp!

Beautiful facility with excellent staff

Liked: The facilities were extremely clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. I was especially grateful and pleased when the shuttle driver (Angie) stayed beyond the cutoff time to pick up my daughter and mother-in-law at the airport. So very thankful for her kindness and extra effort!!
Disliked: Absolutely nothing!!
