Friendly, clean, and close to...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms
Disliked: Slow elevator and the doors to the rooms have to be pushed to shut due to the thing on the bottom of the door. I think it would be helpful to remind people at check in to pull or push their door shut to make sure it is closed properly. It was a bit strange that there was no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast bar was there but no lounge or restaurant.

perfect hotel for a stay...

Liked: perfect hotel for a stay in the city- close to the university and broadway shops and restaurants. Would stay again!
Disliked: The disposable plates and cutlery for breakfast. Feels wasteful and lowers the experience of a hotel hot breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, pleasant central stay...

Liked: Clean, very comfortable beds, it’s nice that there is breakfast provided, parking easy, quite central. Kids like the pool.
Disliked: Has been loud at night (car alarms, fire alarm pulled once) and that may just be bad luck obviously.

Liked: Great location. Scenic surroundings, walked over to Filosophie for dinner. Felt safe doing so. HelpfulPleasant staff. Breakfast was good.

Liked: Bright, clean, inviting. Staff very friendly, helpful, attentive. Great location close to hospital. Free shuttle saved lots of time and money.

We love it. Over all...

Liked: It is very clean and the toiletries are from Dove so they are gentle on skin and hair. Also, we forgot to bring toothpaste and shaving cream and it was so easy to request from them.
Disliked: The breakfast. The hash browns are hard, the sausage doesn’t taste good as well.
