Liked: They said we would receive a 100 credit from you because they were cleaning the rugs in our room and house keeping wasn't able to clean the room Alex -----
Disliked: They wouldn't give us the credit said we had to get it from you

Not good

Liked: It is a good shower!!
Disliked: I got there at midnite. I was tired. There was a big QR code sign outside, telling me to pay for parking. In my reservation parking was already included. There was no one at the front desk. I waited for few minutes and no one would come. I started to walk around looking for someone. I saw nobody. i decided to call the hotel. i heard the phone ringing just in front me. Then just after 3 minutes the assistant James came in. The told me I had to download an app for me to pay for the parking otherwise my car would be towed. Since the wifi wasn't connected yet, it took long for me to be able to downloaded it. Finally, I was able to do it. I did the check in but when I got to the room, it was single bed. My reservation was for double bed. I had to go down with all my luggage to the front desk again. So I wasn't satisfied at all.

Liked: Location was great. Easy access to highway and restaurants.
Disliked: Dated and unclean. Staff was rude. Hallways dark and poorly lit. Parking free at booking but required daily rate, fee, & taxes. Toilet broken when entered room. Owner was called and came twice to fix. Acted bothered and inconvenienced.

Liked: It was clean . The location was convenient. We had fresh towels every day.
Disliked: The building itself is somewhat dated. Compared to other hotels, the beds were not as comfortable.

Disliked: The hallway to the room had a horrible smell, like mold. The breakfast area had poor lighting and was smaller than other holiday inns we had stayed at.

Liked: Bed/ pillows very comfortable
Disliked: Coffee in room not very good
