I would definitely go back....

Liked: great staff. great value,
Disliked: just a little smell when you enter the room but it goes away with the a/c. it was quick and temp

Functional but not great

Liked: The room layout was good and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Room key cards kept demagnetizing. Guests repeatedly locked out of rooms. Police had to come one night because hotel staff were MIA and people could not get into their rooms. Housekeeping was minimal. We had our room cleaned once in 4 days and only then upon request. The shower drain was plugged and we had to stand in a pool of water every time we used it.

Disliked: No hot water in the whole hotel for 2 nights. Management not willing to look into issue or compensate.

Great mid price hotel stay

Liked: Free parking. One enterance to the building so felt safe. Rooms were lovey, bathroom spacious and very clean, towels soft. Great value. Breakfast looked good with lots of seating but I didn’t have time to eat
Disliked: They didn’t check my online request and didn’t give me a room I asked for - top floor away from elevator

A comfortable stay

Liked: This was just what we wanted, the room was a good size, clean and the beds were really comfortable. We stayed here to go to Disneyland, which was a little further out, but we got a great deal and was only a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was a real bonus, the selection was good and we were able to take some bagels out for a quick breakfast on the go. Would recommend
Disliked: We did have an issue when we checked out, that even though the person on reception said it was all paid for in advance so there was nothing to pay, about 5 minutes later as we were about to drive away, we got a banking notification to say there had been another charge for the full amount. I went back in and was told they would sort it, which they did, but this did make the experience a little more stressful than we needed, especially as we were leaving super early for the airport.
