Liked: Room was nice and comfy
Disliked: That we got over charged for our room and the hotel dragging their feet to refund the difference

Passable

Liked: Close to all things in Salt Lake City, and easy to get to!
Disliked: Lots of construction going on with a lot of dust in the hallways and elevators. It’s super bugged my allergies and made them flare up!

Disliked: Breakfast . Renovations not done well . Hot water comes out of cold faucet etc . Tile loose .

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms, very quiet, good breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: Beds were extremely comfortable, and the room accommodated me and my family perfectly. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were amazing and helpful. Very clean rooms.
Disliked: Pool and jacuzzi were being renovated. (Which means it's going to be even more amazing when it's done)

Very disappointing

Liked: Pool closed. No advance warning, reason chose this hotel. No compensationBathtub was flooding next room. Couldn’t use shower. Wanted my 15 yr old to use a shower in another room. Wouldn’t move us to the double room I paid for.No compensation

Disliked: The pool was closed for renovation.

Great staff, facility needs help

Liked: For starters the pool and hot tub were shutdown and being redone. Would have been nice to know that when we booked. OUR FIRST ROOM started to flood from above. The staff was amazing but the only room they had available was much smaller and very uncomfortable. Again the staff was great and comped us but it made for a long stressful night when our child had to compete at the top levels the next day
